**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**
Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities ( **THK **MC) **was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
**THK **MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick **, **families **, **persons with disabilities **, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Manager, Admin will be managing and overseeing all the administrative and some basic HR functions for Therapy Services, as well as assisting in some of the programmes and services for the Division, including regulatory reporting. The role entails the following:
**Admin **. Carrying out administrative and office management tasks that include:
- Overseeing facility management matters such as office access system, IT systems, work-desk allocation, fixed asset inventories, office expansion and moves.
- Overseeing office inventory purchases (e.g. office furniture, stationery, equipment, supplies etc.) to ensure supplies are maintained at optimal level.
- Managing admin budget.
- Managing stocks and inventories.
- Ensuring all admin related records are maintained properly for organization’s needs.
- Establishing and update admin related procedures & polices to enhance organization’s efficiency.
- Managing controlled documents registry and depository.
**HR **. Overseeing and managing basic HR functions that include:
- Overseeing recruitment and career development of staff.
- Processing and coordinating staff training and development.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
**Programmes and Services **. Overseeing and managing tasks that include:
- Service requests, especially from the public.
- Preparing, finalising and managing service and programme contracts/agreements and liaising with external and internal agencies like clients, MSF, MOH, AIC and other THKMC divisions.
- Collating and preparing service and programme reports.
**Others**
- Reviewing and updating Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Contingency Plans and SOPs, Risk Management Plans, Personal Data and Protection SOP etc.
- Any other task as assigned by the Divisional Director
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business or Management
**OTHER INFORMATION**
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in Admin or HR function preferred
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and be a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
