**Role Desription**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the company’s and its various entities' business goals and growth.
- Define and articulate the technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and leverage them for competitive advantage.

**Product Strategy and Development**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
- Manage product roadmaps and oversee th development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to product teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable products.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, and gather continuous feedback for product improvement.

**Innovation and Technical Expertise**:

- Guide the technical development and architecture of solutions to ensure they meet business and security standards.
- Promote a culture of innovation, driving continuous improvement and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, AI, and machine learning.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and product performance.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on progress, risks, and product outcomes.

**User Focus**:

- Ensure products deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience through rigorous testing and feedback loops.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:10+ years in a senior technology leadership role, with experience in product management or technical product management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in an agile environment, driving collaboration across departments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and optimizing product performance through analytics.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in scaling products within startup environments.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or cloud platforms.
