**About CTO at Nogle
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join Nogle. As a corporate leader at Nogle, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of the company’s technological strategy.

You will report to the CEO, and will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The right person for this role will build a best-in-class technology organisation focussed on customer loyalty, product quality, high performance, scalable and revenue growth.

In this role, you will be leading our technology function through the next phase of growth to deliver against our product roadmap, ensuring that our platform is scaling in line with our business and growth objectives.

**What will you need to do**:

- Partner with senior leadership to ensure technology requirements and objectives are met for each business unit and function, with an aligned path and timeline for building new and improved capabilities.
- Ensure that technology resources meet the company's short and long-term needs and that they are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
- Work closely with sales and marketing as needed to drive new customer acquisition, including sales contract responses and technology enquiries.
- Collaborate with product and design counterparts to deliver continuous innovation pipelines converting product ideas into high quality customer deliverables.
- Lead the technology board to maintain consistency across units (framework, tools, training) and define a roadmap for investment and innovation with the relevant partners.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Ensure all internal processes and external services comply with security and privacy regulations.
- Recruit exceptional talent to scale geographically dispersed, virtual engineering teams while being a champion for the greater engineering organization.
- Mentor and develop team members to increase their expertise and understanding of best development practices.

**What do you need to have**:

- 10+ years of experience as a technology leader, including a minimum of 5+ years as a CTO, CIO, Head of R&D or Chief Architect of a leading technology company.
- Deep product-oriented mindset and a strong technical background.
- Experience working in identity, fintech or with blockchain and other innovative technologies with modern cloud-based SaaS and PaaS tools.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A combination of strategic thinking and IT execution skills at the enterprise level.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent and adaptive leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people across different geographies and economic situations.

Technical Background:

- Enterprise Application Development (UI, Backend)
- Big Data (Hadoop/Spark); traditional RDBMS and SQL coding
- Experience in Object Oriented Development
- Passion for high code quality
