**Responsibilities**:
**- Define, implement and manage the standards and processes that govern the technology operations of the organisation to generate efficiencies, and competitive advantages**

**- Responsible for the overall enterprise IT infrastructure and Data.**

**- Take a strategic view on architecture and toolsets for the business long term plan.**

**- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs**

**- Strong understanding of business landscapes to create and drive new value propositions for our stakeholders**

**- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions**

**- Outline the goals for research and development.**

**- Creating detailed timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.**

**- Managing technology budgets and time frames.**

**- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.**

**- Lead and mentor other highly skilled engineers, building a progressive and innovative engineering culture**

**- Attract, retain and develop high-quality talent to our organization**

**- Strategic planning, product development and implementation, quality assurance and production systems maintenance**

**- Ensure a continuous cycle of innovation, deliver the highest standard of user experience as we continuously deliver new products, features and capabilities.**

**- Implement a best fit for purpose/ build or buy IT strategy**

**Job Requirements**:
**- Must have a Masters/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, and/or industry certifications**

**- Must have technical knowledge of Frontend & Backend development**

**- 8 years working in a technological role.**

**- 5 years of managerial experience.**

**- Strategic thinking and being able to connect business requirements to technology solutions.**

**- Strong business acumen**

**- Knowledge of technological and innovation trends.**

**- Able to create a data-driven strategy focusing on customer experience and personalisation**

**- Proven experience in successfully delivering technology solutions**

**- Proactive with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to achieve goals and deliver great results**

**- Strong knowledge of technology in all areas: systems development/architecture, security, databases and to be able to oversee, manage and bring together all technology areas**

**- Experience in building mobile and web products**

**- Excellent communication skills**

**- People and organizational abilities**

**- Conflict and Problem-solving aptitude**

**- Understand or have knowledge of: Flutter, Unity3D, Wordpress, Vue.js, Laravel (PHP), Javascript, Python**

**- Prior experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role with experience as a developer could be advantageous**

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
