**Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**

We are looking for a visionary and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and production of high-quality electronic mechanical devices that meet the needs of our customers and partners. You will also ensure that our technology is aligned with our business goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in electronic mechanical device engineering and manufacturing, as well as a proven track record of leading technology projects from concept to completion. You should also have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strategic mindset and a customer-oriented approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for the company, in alignment with the business objectives and vision
- Oversee the design, engineering, testing, and production of high-quality electronic mechanical devices that meet the specifications and expectations of customers and partners
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, methods, and best practices to improve the efficiency, quality, and performance of our products and processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and policies regarding technology development and usage
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively to support current and future projects
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, developers, and technicians who are responsible for delivering technology solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, vendors, investors, and regulators
- Monitor and evaluate the technology performance and outcomes using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and opportunities in the electronic mechanical device industry and related fields

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic mechanical device engineering and manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proficient in using various software tools and platforms for electronic mechanical device development, such as CAD/CAM/CAE software
- Familiar with various manufacturing processes and techniques for electronic mechanical devices
- Experience in managing complex technology projects from inception to delivery
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking, innovation mindset, customer focus, and business acumen
