To support our growth, we are looking for a **Accounts Assistant** to provide support to our Finance department.

This is an opportunity to work in a firm that has achieved a notable position in the country’s architecture industry. We have delivered major prestigious residential and commercial projects, as well as extensive masterplans locally and abroad.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day tasks in Finance department
- Ensuring the firm has proper bookkeeping for budgets and taxes
- Data entry
- Preparing Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts
- Preparing audit schedule
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation accounts
- Reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Updating financial records and processing invoices
- Preparing cost analysis reports
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

**Qualities and skills required**
- Must have good computer knowledge
- Proficient with Quickbooks/MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Taxation and audit experience is an advantage

**Qualifications**

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

**Years of Experience**

Minimum 3 years relevant experience
