**International Product Growth Specialist**

**The Opportunity**
- Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for platform's success in Indonesia
- Explore, identify, and execute on growth opportunities
- Ensure the platform's family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia
- Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
- Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
- Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
- Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
- Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
- Understand platform's strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it

**Your Background**
- Experience with advertising, commerce, messaging, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired
- Good to have experience in influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale
- Good to have experience in partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on and a self-starter
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa and English
- BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus
- Must have experience in working on digital advertising role
- Experience working in global companies and abroad (communication, collaboration)
- Understanding of global product life cycle
- Need to have an experience influencing and often selling to XFN teams
- Need to have great market understanding and key themes of growth in the digital aspects (payments, social media)
- Need to have an appreciation of cultural trend that translate into online
- Strong digital product and business background is a plus. Can consider PMM experience too
- Product background mostly focused on business instead of consumer products
