**Position**
We are looking for a driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive market growth.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will support and report to the Head of Growth to drive branding, customer engagement, customer experience, product marketing, partner acquisition and employer branding.
**Responsibilities**
- Research on opportunities to support go-to-market strategy, business development, and account-based marketing activities
- Support alignment and coordination with internal stakeholder and set up campaigns to target markets
- Develop sales and marketing material for targeted channels and funnels, including but not limited to landing pages, social media posts, banners, e-newsletter, articles, ebook, infographics, video, etc.
- Generate leads through inbound and outbound efforts
- Optimise internal workflows and processes to drive commercial and operational efficiency
- Analyse and optimise customer journey and experience through our sales, marketing, and product
