Membership & Communications Executive

Develop, strategize and implement a communications-related social media strategy to grow awareness of the Club and engage members & golfers
- Develop content calendar and content for the Club’s website and social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
- Manage, collate, develop content and execute design layout for the Club’s quarterly e-Newsletter
- Interview members and staff for features on social media; story-telling on club’s golf course maintenance works, facilities and recreation options etc
- Develop and create key messages, FAQs, announcements, notices, speeches, holding statements and presentations where required
- Edit and review all content for marketing & event materials
- Keep updated with communication trends, innovations, techniques and any media regulations
- Serve as secretary for Engagement Committee, manage the Club’s feedback log, organize committee meetings and do up minutes and slides for the committee
- Work closely with volunteers in Publications Committee and edit their content contributions
- Central liaison personnel with Club's outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Mentor and guide the Communications & Events Assistant
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Membership & Events Manager and General Manager
