Job Requirements
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Korean to liaise with clients (Most of the clients are Korean)
- Knowledge Korean culture & food
- Good command of spoken & written English
- At least 20 year relevant experience in F&B, Marketing and managing F&B sector
**Job Description**:
- Determine staffing requirements.
- Hire and train new staff. Develop staff to maximize potential.
- Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy.
- Set employee goals and objectives.
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.
- Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.
- Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
- Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
- Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides.
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to company operation.
- Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
