**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of all the outlets.
- Manage and monitor the condition and quality of food.
- Manage and monitor food and drink preparation in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures in all outlets.
- Manage and monitor all staff use and operate kitchen equipment safely in all outlets.
- Make decisions and solve problems at the middle management level.
- Manage and monitor sales collection tally with sales figures.,
- Manage and monitor the smooth running of all the outlets.
- Manage and monitor all staff deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage and monitor to ensure all staff follows Health and Safety Procedures
- Working in the foodservice industry requires the personnel to follow health and safety rules and procedures strictly.
- Manage and monitor cleanliness is maintained in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Manage and monitor all staff follow and implement company’s standard operating manual strictly.
- Communicate effectively with top management.
- Effective Team player.
- Great leadership skills.
- Manage and monitor the development of enhancement of initiatives and processes to improve customer F&B experience.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality related studies or with WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations/ F&B Supervision/ F&B Management
- Understanding of Korean food
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Able to lead a team in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Possess good business acumen, results driven and highly organised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of POS
