**In this role, you will lead the Sales Development Reps (SDR) new hire onboarding in your region. Your team owns both new hire onboarding and upskilling for the global SDR team. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will partner with the SDR teams in your region to define, develop and deliver the 90-day onboarding, from day 1 to full productivity.**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating an onboarding learning journey for new hire SDRs, defining the critical path to productivity at 30, 60 and 90 days.
- Creating and facilitating new hire training to new hire cohorts, including conducting regular audit/assessment and determining how best to reduce time to value
- Owning the onboarding experience with role plays and practical exercises to ensure new hire SDRs have acquired the skills and knowledge to meet quota when they exit onboarding
- Building strategic relationships with SDR leaders and managers in your regions and acting as a thought leadership partner for the global SDR leadership team to identify opportunities to reduce time to proficiency
- Collaborating with senior SDR leadership to identify new processes that support sales success
- Defining and tracking key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to new hire onboarding to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and overall program impact
- Partnering with Revenue Operations to identify areas for strategic improvement
- Implementing standardized best practices sharing for the global SDR enablement team to help uncover and qualify new opportunities for improvement
- Presenting or creating additional learning materials as needed to support the broader team.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales enablement with strong focus on learning & development and/or training
- Strong program and project management acumen, reporting and showing success of programs.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences using conference technology.
- Success with remote learning environments (Google Meet preferred).
- Experience using learning management systems to track learning.
- Strong verbal communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interest and experience with integrating digital emerging technology and innovation into learning & development programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning development and measurement standards and strategies.
