The Revenue Enablement Manager – WalkMe for the Asia Pacific Region (APAC) is a crucial position responsible for driving the success of the Sales Organisation. You will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Team to localise learnings for the APAC region, develop tools and resources to maximize sales team performance, and work closely with the entire APAC sales organisation to ensure Sales Leadership receives the necessary support.
The key aspects of the Revenue Enablement role include the following: What You'll Own
  • Revenue Growth and Process Improvement  
  • Improve revenue attainment in APAC by enhancing processes and programs that accelerate and grow sales
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking metrics that improve seller productivity
  • Translate WalkMe product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions  
  • Leadership and Collaboration  
  • Lead the relationship with the GM for APAC and territory leaders, delivering insights on program needs and improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to agree on learning plans, product updates, and other priorities
  • Engage subject matter experts from product development and marketing in the design and execution of sales enablement programs 
  • Training and Development   
  • Provide 1-1 coaching sessions to revenue team members to improve their selling motions
  • Design and develop WalkMe GTM learning paths and certifications for consistent and repeatable learning
  • Design and deliver training at all APAC QBRsTake leadership for assigned global programs
  • Develop course curriculums that scale to learners' requirements via Mindtickle, Confluence, and WalkMe in-app guidance 
  • Program Management   
  • Work with the Global Head of Revenue Enablement to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities that promote productivity and bookings
  • Support product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales force
  • Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
What You Need to Succeed
  • What you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or similar rolesCertification in sales methodologies and/or instructional designProven work experience in digital adoption, sales/sales engineering, instructional design, or sales trainingExperience working in a software sales organisationUnderstanding of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) marketplaceExperience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programsFluent English language skills
  • Skills you'll use: 
  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Confluence, and CaptivateExperience in using AI in the flow of enablement workStrong leadership skills to contribute to and lead small work groups, process teams, and focus groupsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset for developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals and process improvement projects5+ years of experience in revenue enablement and/or sales rolesCertification in sales methodologies or instructional design
