Roles & Responsibilities
**Sales Manager, Advisor**

**【What will you be working on】**
- Responsible for sales activities such as creating new business opportunities and maintain current business and clients in ASEAN, India and Oceania region
- Maintain good relationships and taking care of existing customers (Delivery, Costing, Coordination in quality issue)
- Management of team member (Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse section)
- Planning, Forecasting, and Preparing Sales budget in monthly and yearly
- Coordinating with Headquarters in Japan, and overseas factories
**【 What they are looking for 】**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Connector industry (Automotive market preferable)
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) is a mandatory in order to liaise with native Japanese-speaking clients and Japan HQ
- Familiar with automotive market, logistics, and import/export operations
- Proficient in the latest Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven sales track record, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
