Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Plans manpower and equipment capacity to fulfill customer orders on time.
- Builds an effective team to achieve company KPIs - safety, quality, speed, cost, etc.
- Responsible on production dashboards and ability to compile & analyze production performances.
- Streamlines production operations to reduce wastes and reduce throughput time.
- Accountable for inventory accuracy in raw material, WIP and Finished Goods.
- Responsible to maintain high safety and 5S standards in the production floor.
- Recruits, hires, and trains instrument builders; Plans overtime support and training plan to align with build plan.
- Works closely with other functional groups on continuous improvement projects and solving production issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools or Oracle business system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
