Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities at the assigned client site.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure technicians perform equipment maintenance according to manufacturer instructions and approved checklists.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate necessary resources in advance for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on material handling systems (MHS) as needed.
  • Team Oversight: Manage the technician team to ensure prompt service support during off-hours.
  • Training: Provide training to technicians to enhance their knowledge and work quality.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (Electrical), E-Plan & PLC Software knowledge would be an Advantage
  • Experience in Material Handling/ Automation/ Conveyor systems would be an Advantage
  • Good Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate Strong Leadership in managing team of technicians
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
