We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel property. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
- Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry as well as providing AV support to events.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Inspect and/or supervise on M&E contractors’ repair work and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel facilities & building maintenance.
- A team player and the ability to work during weekends and on public holidays.
- Sound working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, fire protection and chiller.
