Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

【 What you will be doing 】

- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.

- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with the production group and contractors, prepare RCA, and follow up actions with Sr Engineers.

- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control, ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.

- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of the plant to prevent recurrence with the production group and contractors.

- Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and the production group).

- Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (e.g., TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC, etc.).

- Lead troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnose the cause and ensure that repairs are carried out effectively.

- Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health

Management System (e.g., SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF

- Act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.

- Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.

- Work as a team and support inter- and intra-departmental tasks while demonstrating company Core Values.

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by reviewing and implementing MSRA.

【 What they are looking for 】

(Must)

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an E&I Senior Technician/Supervisor in a chemical plant

- Must have knowledge and hand-on experience with DCS and PLC system.

- Experience in maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical, and manufacturing processes.

- Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendors independently and effectively.

- Available to support the plant operation needs 24 hours, when required
