Job Scope:

Technician

  • Perform assembly and production works
  • Conduct test and evaluation as instructed by supervisor
  • Install, operate and maintain equipment and tools
  • To report any manufacturing defects or flaws
  • Ensure good housekeeping and comply to manufacturing discipline and safety protocol
  • Need to have a Quality and Productivity mindset

Production Supervisor

  • Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, testing, First Article build (FA).
  • Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to production teams.
  • Monitor production processes and equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Train and mentor production staff, Production Lead, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Operator (Production Compounder - Flavour)

  • Perform accurate compounding of liquid and powder components as per work orders and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and the production area.
  • Ensure proper weight, temperature, labeling, and storage of materials and finished goods.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE and following SDS instructions.
  • Cleaning the required material with high temperature water

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering or Manufacturing or equivalent

  • Class 3/3A driving license is required

  • Understand Drawing and knowledgeable in Measurement will be an advantage

  • Hand-on experience
