Overview:
**Service Scheduler APAC**:
The service scheduler in APAC will schedule all the service activities on Repligen systems (TFF, ATF, C-Tech, Artesyn) in Asia Pacific for a team of approx. 10-15 Field Service Engineers.
The geographic locations for service activities will be mainly China, Japan, India, Korea, and Singapore; and occasional visits in Australia, Taiwan,
The service scheduler will report the Field Service Manager in Singapore
**Responsibilities**:
Job description:
- Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders like Project Management, Customer Support Management, Technical Support, Field Service Planner and the Field Service Engineers.
- Works closely with each individual country management and sales leaders in order to prioritize service activities according to customer needs
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Provides historical reference by linking assets.
- Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders like Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Support and the Field Service Engineers.
- Ensures balanced, effective and efficient use of resources (FSE, customer, organization)
- Send out and receive Pre-installation checklists.
- Create statistics for utilization, revenue, and workload according to KPI’s.
- Ensures timely closure of field service appointments.
- Ensures timely invoicing by processing the workorder.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
Qualification / skill requirement:
- Have Bachelor work/think level, by experience or education
- You are an excellent communicator and are able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplined team environment
- Proficiency with SAP
- MS Office skills
- Administrative writing skills
- Understanding the geography of China, Japan, India and Korea
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical understanding of electromechanical equipment
- Have strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexible, and able to deliver in stressful and unforeseen situations
- Customer and service minded self-starting individual, who can manage time effectively and achieve agreed goals
Language skill requirement:
- English: Level B2 or higher
- Mandarin: Level B2 or higher
- Japanese: Level B1 or higher
- Optional: Korean: Level A2 or higher
