**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The Family Office Services Specialist APAC is a member of the Wealth Planning and Family Office Services APAC team and shall endeavour to fulfil the ambitions defined and outlined for the team by Head Wealth Planning APAC. He/she shall ensure active risk management and meet all regulatory and internal compliance expectations relating to the role. The incumbent will provide best-in-class innovative and bespoke solutions that cater to Asian family office clients as well as global families to set up their Single Family Offices (SFO) in APAC.

The incumbent shall oversee the support of clients and prospects and drive the development of innovative wealth creation solutions to anchor and attract assets to the Bank. He/she shall provide an integrated client engagement and marketing of the SF Offering including regional roadshows to promote offering, propose innovation and bespoke solutions, connecting clients with best-in-class service providers (e.g. lawyers, healthcare, education, relocation, etc.). In addition, he/she shall support the SFO task force and be the key link for RMs / clients to the bank’s Markets & Wealth Management Solutions capabilities

The incumbent shall also have regular dialogues with various Front representatives and Senior Management (i.e. Group Heads, Senior Client Partners) to kept abreast of client needs/demands. This will help to ensure that products and services offered to clients remain relevant and competitive. The incumbent shall also build highly effective relationships across the Bank to maintain and improve knowledge of the business and its latest products and services to optimise service to clients.

The Family Office Services Specialist reports to Head Wealth Planning APAC functionally.

**People **Management**
- Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
- Motivate and provide guidance/feedback to other team members to improve overall performance

**Client Management (internal & external)**
- Regular consultation with Front representatives and Senior Management to be kept updated of clients’ needs/demands and take appropriate measures to fulfil them, where relevant
- Support Relationship Managers in Key Client meetings
- Client complaint resolution
- Drive the development and partnership process for innovative wealth creation solutions to attract and anchor assets to the Bank
- Provide an integrated client engagement and marketing of the Single Family Office Offering including regional roadshows to promote offering, propose innovation and bespoke solutions, connecting clients with best-in-class service providers (e.g. lawyers, healthcare, education, relocation, etc.)
- Support the SFO task force and be the key link for RMs / clients to the bank’s Markets & Wealth Management Solutions capabilities

**Business Management**
- Regular review of the function’s practices to ensure efficiency and productivity at kept at optimal levels
- Monitor the products and services of competitors, keeping abreast of industry changes, service innovations and other developments which may impact the business
- Provide inputs/updates for the various management committees

**Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management**
- Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
- Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals
- Conduct relevant internal control checks and reporting (i.e. ICS)
- Regular assessment of the function’s practices to mitigate associated risks arising out of and relating to the said function
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
