Senior Executive/assistant Director

**What the role is**
- We welcome you to join our dynamic Research, Futures and Planning Division (RFPD), which oversees the behavioural research, strategic planning, resource planning, corporate planning and organisational transformation functions in the Ministry. The work of the Division builds on a foundation of organisation development and change tools to foster a culture of change agility, collaboration and innovation across MSE Family.
**What you will be working on**
- As a core team member of the Transformation Office, you will:
- Drive MSE Family’s transformation journey in a systematic and collaborative way, translating prevailing strategic priorities including WOG Public Sector Transformation considerations into concrete actions and deliverables to foster a culture of change agility, resilience and collaboration. This could take the forms of organising MSE Family-wide events such as townhalls, seminars, workshops; coordinating for submissions; and curating effective transformation engagements and communications.
- Plan and implement transformation initiatives in partnership with MSE Family agencies such as in areas of regulatory or service transformation that would include research across various sectors and identify ways to adapt to needs of MSE Family
- Support the MSE Family Public Sector Transformation Steering Committee and People & Innovation Committees such as in developing the agenda, staffing matters, etc. You will also have opportunities to staff and develop through intra/inter Ministry Committees or events.
- Lead initiatives to promote digitalisation and green culture.
**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for someone who has/ is:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with high energy and is a motivated team player
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Aware of external environment impacting on the organisation context and able to appreciate interconnections across different levels of the system
- Clear thought process, analytical, organised and comfortable with some level of ambiguity
- An interest and ability to design and facilitate interpersonal and group conversations e.g. for groups to form shared understanding of issues and collective agreement to create a meaningful workplace for MSE Family.
- Have strong Project Management skills and is able to manage project timeline and stakeholders well to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Plan and execute a range of events or engagements with diverse audiences
- Prior experience in Design Thinking, Process Excellence, Organisation Development and/or Design and Change Management would be welcomed
