HR Payroll Assistant/officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle monthly payroll processing (End to end payroll processing, including computation of salary, attendance & leave checking, Overtime processing and allowances,)
- Follow-up on staff movement of payroll related (eg.new join, salary adjustment or resignation)
- Preparation of tax clearance for foreign employee
- Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.
- Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system
- Attend to employee’s queries related to all HR matters
- Any others HR related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
- Proficient in Ms Office Application
- Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
- Meticulous and well organized
- Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
- Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
