Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure compliance with daily payroll and billing processes.
  • Establish standards and procedures for payroll, billing, and related transactions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partners (e.g., Shared Services Centre) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and promote best practices.
  • Handle salary enquiries from employees.
  • Address billing enquiries from clients.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in Payroll / Billing processing and management.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS software (e.g. SAP).
  • Proactive individual and creative thinker.
  • Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level in the organization.
