Payroll & Billing Officer | 5 Days | Bedok | 3,200

Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with daily payroll and billing processes.
- Establish standards and procedures for payroll, billing, and related transactions.
- Collaborate with Corporate Partners (e.g., Shared Services Centre) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and promote best practices.
- Handle salary enquiries from employees.
- Address billing enquiries from clients.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in Payroll / Billing processing and management.
- Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS software (e.g. SAP).
- Proactive individual and creative thinker.
- Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level in the organization.
