**About the team**

The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the CEO office, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization. As we head into 2025, you will help drive strategy and operation for AI across multiple regions and functions including GTM, customer experience, and more.

This role is based in Singapore or Shanghai

**Responsibilities**:
- AI strategy: collaborate on shaping and executing the AI strategy in alignment with business goals; analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to identify AI opportunities.-
- Project management: work cross-functionally to embed AI technologies into Airwallex product and functional teams - including but not limited to vendor onboarding, engineering team roadmap, risk management etc.-
- Performance Metrics & tracking: partner with Data Science team to develop track success metrics to measure AI's impact on business growth and operations.-
- Executive Reporting and Communication: take ownership of preparing and delivering presentations, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to executives, providing updates on AI initiatives, progress, and strategic recommendations.**Who you are**

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience, preferably top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent-
- Experience with projects related to AI or GenAI-
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential-
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills-
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on-
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills-
- Technology.or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or closely related discipline**Preferred qualifications**:
- Someone who enjoys ‘getting things done’ and finds ways to drive tangible outcomes-
- A strategic thinker and analytical in your approach to developing strategies-
- Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes-
- Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures-
- Someone with the ability to synthesize and communicate in a simple but effective manner-
