**About the Role**
As a Senior Strategy Manager at Circles Life, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the company's expansion into new global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and align on strategy components including target audience, value proposition and go-to-market activities for our consumer-facing digital telco services. You will also act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and provide insights on market trends and competitor analysis.
**Key Objectives**
- Develop and execute strategies to support the expansion of Circles Life into new markets globally
- Setup the new market launch framework and mobilise cross functional teams to launch new markets
- Stakeholder management across Circles and Partner organisation
- Tight governance and project management to ensure timely delivery (in line with SLA) with clear identification of risks at all stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve key metrics such as revenue, adoption, and transactions

**Ideal Experience**
- 10+ years of experience in a strategy role, preferably from a top-tier management consulting company and/or from a high-growth tech startup environment
- Prior experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Experience in devising new markets strategy, GTM strategy, and/or whitespace expansion
- Able to work and communicate effectively across geographies and cultures
- Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future
