**Position Overview**:The Clinic Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our clinic. From managing insurance claims to coordinating provider schedules and assisting with marketing initiatives, this role plays a vital part in supporting our clinic's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage insurance claims processing and billing procedures
- Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments
- Process payroll and assist with accounting tasks as needed
- Plan and coordinate corporate events and initiatives
- Review clinic usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional campaigns
- Order and manage inventory of clinic supplies
- Build and maintain relationships with referral clinicians and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments
- Assist clinicians with day-to-day clinic operations, including cleaning and maintenance duties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with insurance billing and coding procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with payroll processing and accounting software
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and standards
- Previous experience in marketing or social media management
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
