Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager

**Job Description**:
Seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent service in a professional aesthetic clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and supervise a team of front desk staff, therapists, beauticians, and medical professionals
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operating procedures
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Handle scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and team development
- Achieve monthly sales targets through service promotion and customer retention strategies
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Work closely with the marketing and HQ teams to execute in-house promotions and reporting
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and operational updates
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aesthetic clinic, retail, spa, or outlet management
- Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations, services, and customer expectations
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented attitude
- Able to communicate effectively with customers; **multilingual abilities are an advantage**(e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using POS or clinic management software (Plato)
