**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work across business and technology lines and functions to define, analyse and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practice, regulatory and legal compliance
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps principles to enhance performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and operations in the Production environment.
- Understanding the principles of ITIL and can use them to effectively protect and govern production environment.
- Implement effective incident management processes to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale regional projects, preferably in a large global bank or financial institution. Held roles which were accountable for all end-to-end matters of the project
- Experience on SRE, handling high traffic production system independently, troubleshooting (middleware, infra), automation, regular operation etc.
- Experience in Network, Security, Storage, Database projects
- Hands on knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure main components
- Able to cope with multiple technologies, environment and teams, with high pressure
- Solutions and results orientated with the ability to engage multiple initiatives / workstreams simultaneously to drive towards resolution
- Service ownership mind & proactively able to react to the production issues
- Project Management experience would be a plus
