Customer Service Officer

Provide Customer service support to customers and sales/Administrative support to sales team.
- Process and confirm sales with customer regarding quotation and stock availability efficiently.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers/prospects to fulfil their requirement.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers shipment to ensure equipment availability and accuracy in documentation and billing.
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, send and follow up on quotations to customers
- Process customer’s purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
- Liaise with logistics vendor for best shipping rate and prepare shipping documents accordingly.
- Raise orders to vendors, update and records incoming shipments date
- Ensure prompt payment from customers and to vendors
- Assist with warehouse tasks when required, including to receive incoming shipment and ensure accurate quantity and quality, pick and pack orders for delivery.
- Keep proper filling and storage system for paper and soft copy documents
- Upkeep the company’s mailing list
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
