**Role and Responsibilities**
**- New Hires: Plan and conduct onboarding activities for new staff. Create new P Files for all new hires and update all documents under ASANA proper filing system.
- HR Files Housekeeping: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and records.
- Training: Plan and coordinate between departments on In-House Training Material. Executive In-House training and refresher courses. Update proper records for Training Courses and Programs including Training Grant Application.
- Conflict Management: Assist as required with employee counseling, conflict resolution issues, and incident reporting.
- Event Management: including major corporate events i.e. Corporate Training, Annual Celebration Event.
- ISO: Oversee the ISO administration process, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- HR Policy: Ensure HR Policies, strategies and practices align with the company’s goals.

**Qualification and criteria**
- A diploma/degree in HR
- At least 3 years of working in HR
