**We are currently looking to hire an **Executive Search Consultant **to be based in Singapore, covering the APAC Life Sciences Industry.
**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- Participate in interviews wherever possible.
- Identify and business development opportunities by connecting with key decision makers from various industries across the globe and pitching BMES recruitment services to them.
- Take complete ownership of the business brought in from Clients and handle project execution independently.

**Is that you?**:

- High level of professionalism
- At least **5 years **of experience winning and executing **Retained Searches **in the **Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Diagnostics / Medical Devices **industry in **Asia Pacific **.
- Strong sense of ownership
- Experience or confidence dealing with global decision makers from the Life Sciences industry in an international context
- Proactive but polite
- Self-motivated
- Outstanding listening skills
