Here's a Look at Your Day-to-Day: On the Client Front Dive deep into clients' business challenges, from negotiation and executive influence to problem-solving. Care more about finding the right people and unafraid to voice concerns? That's a plus. Consistently exceed performance metrics, achieving and surpassing placement targets. With high EQ and keen situational awareness, you know which requirement is negotiable, which isn't, and who holds sway in hiring decisions Cultivate lasting relationships with a client-first mentality, ensuring trust and satisfaction. On the Sourcing Side Exceptional people skills: you understand timing in conversation, knowing when to engage and when to listen. Keen problem solving skills: Strong recruiters first understand what to search, then where to search and how to qualify, doing it with finesse on search platforms, instead of throwing out key words and job titles at random. Excel at finesse-driven cold calls, armed with pre-call insights to set the stage. Candidate stickiness: skilled in building rapport, trust, and credibility with candidates, conveying a clear value proposition, building long term relationships where candidates trust you to do the best for them Bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to connect with diverse backgrounds. Adept at leveraging CRM, ATS, and productivity tools—anything that keeps us a step ahead. Being On the Culture Side Passionate about balanced wins for both clients and candidates; you're fair yet tenacious. A naturally curious mindset—here, questions are welcome. Building a robust talent map for each search you undertake.
