**Job Title**
ITTF Sustainability Intern

**Duration**
February - May 2025 (4 months; potential start mid-January if available).

**Location**
Remote, reporting to the Head of Sustainability (based in Berlin, Germany).

**Compensation**
This internship offers a market-rate monthly stipend.

**Role Overview**:
We seek passionate individuals enthusiastic about sustainability and table tennis who are eager to learn and contribute to making sports more sustainable.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an intern, you will assist the Head of Sustainability in activities that may include:

- Manage the ITTF Sustainability Case Studies.
- Coordinate the ITTF Sustainability Awards.Support the 1st ITTF Sustainability Virtual Congress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Sports Management, Event Management, Sustainable Development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated motivation to advance sustainability initiatives in sports.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and online communication tools (Teams, Zoom).

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Effective communication for explaining qualitative information to non-technical audiences.
- Project management skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Self-starter attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with sustainable development goals and impact measurement.
- Experience with virtual event organization or multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Knowledge in areas like corporate responsibility and climate action.
