**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our sustainability-focused school programmes. The intern will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, implementation, and reporting of workshops conducted in schools. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education, sustainability, and project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Workshop Coordination**: Work closely with sales consultants to schedule and implement confirmed school workshops efficiently.

**School Engagement**: Reach out to schools to optimize workshop capacity, negotiate arrangements, and persuade stakeholders for better participation.

**Logistics Support**:Assist in packing, organizing, and preparing workshop materials to ensure smooth execution.

**On-Ground Coordination**: Provide support on the day of workshops by assisting trainers and ensuring seamless operations.

**Stakeholder Liaison**:Communicate effectively with trainers, school teachers, sales consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all workshop requirements are met.

**Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of workshop runs, generate monthly reports, and track programme performance for accountability.

**General Administrative Support**: Assist with documentation, scheduling, and other coordination tasks related to programme execution.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Education, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and engage with schools effectively.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a proactive problem solver.

Passion for sustainability and education is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
