**About This Role**
As the **Head of Sales for Non Digital Channels**, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales team for Retail, Enterprise, and Corporate Individual Scheme segments. Your primary focus will be on analyzing market trends and consumer behaviors to develop strategies that drive Gross Adds. In addition, you will be tasked with developing new channels and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Your key objectives will be to:
**Team Management**:
- Lead and manage the Sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Oversee Retail, Enterprise, and Corporate Individual Scheme sales divisions.
**Value Proposition and Communication**:
- Understand and communicate the organization's value propositions through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company's processes and offerings.
**Quota Setting and Performance Oversight**:
- Set sales quotas and goals for the team.
- Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to develop effective strategies for Gross Adds.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
**Identifying New Opportunities**:
- Identify emerging markets and trends to find new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments to capitalize on potential growth areas.
**Budget Management**:
- Create and maintain sales and marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Network and socialize with key clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring sustained patronage.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet individual segment requirements.
- Manage internal stakeholders, including C-level executives, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, and Finance departments
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Proven sales experience in the Telco service or related industry.
- High competence in stakeholder management.
