**Role Overview**

The Lead Manager is pivotal to the conceptualisation, planning and execution of developmental programmes at Tasek Academy and Social Services. The role involves defining effective ways of academically mentoring socially disadvantaged adolescents, while also nurturing growth through non-academic pathways; developing tools to evaluate impact, adapting strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, and ensuring programmes fundamentally align with the organisation’s mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of developmental programmes tailored to support the educational needs of at-risk adolescents.
- Develop systems to monitor academic progress and relevant aspects of youth development, collaborating with schools, families, and social service agencies to adapt interventions as needed.
- Oversee other, non-academic, developmental programmes, such as those relating to art, dance, camps, or youth volunteerism.
- Create frameworks to assess the effectiveness of programmes, providing regular data-driven insights and reports to guide decision-making.
- Mentor and guide staff and volunteers in their personal and professional development, fostering collaborative and empowering team cultures.
- Represent the organisation in strategic discussions and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s vision, mission, and values.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 years in a leadership role in an organisation.
- Strong interest in working with socially disadvantaged adolescents.
- Demonstrable command of strategies for education and youth development.
- Ability to work on the weekends as required.
