Our client, the lead material provider in the construction industry, is expanding the team and looking for Sales Executive.

The role comes with a basic salary of $3,000-$4,500 + Commission. Hardworking individual can expect to earn a monthly gross salary of $8,000 & above. Training will be provided for selected individual who has no experience in the industry but very hungry for sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Sales & promote Construction materials products.
- Maintain existing accounts to generate recurring sales revenue.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new accounts.
- Keeping current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Able to understand basic drawing by analyzing, and summarizing information given to offer the quote.
- Able to prepare claims by collecting information.
- Promote and uphold organization's standards with highest integrity.
- Demonstrate professionalism with technical knowledge during meetings and site visits.
- To contribute as a team collectively.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of B2B and construction industry-related sales experience.
- Basic quantification or quantity surveying skills will be an advantage.
- Good attitude, willing to learn and a good team player.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
