**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:
Develop and implement company’s recruitment procedures and strategies; including but not limited to implementing new sourcing methods, advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, recommend ways to improve company branding
Conduct HR planning in conjunction with line managers and department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Design and update interview forms; conduct and supervise preliminary interviews, as well as reference checks; issue offer letters to new hires
Support overall company adherence to fair hiring practices by periodically reviewing hiring and interviewing processes and assessing job postings to ensure that they are free of discriminatory languages
Manage employees’ career development including supervising the procedure of probation reviews, annual reviews, promotion, etc.
Collaborate with the business for the creation a high performance culture by implementing and updating Key Performance Index efficiently and monitoring the results every six months
Manage and process staff payroll
Overall responsible for training program; conduct Training Need Analysis and formulate yearly training and development program
Coordinate with internal and external agents to arrange training activities; deploy a wide variety of training methods and resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Formulate and implement labour relations policies and procedures, such as Employee handbook
Ensure compliance with legislation such as Employment Act and government regulations on employment

**Administration**:
Handle all property and vehicle leases
Manage company fleet of vehicles on inspection, road tax and insurance
Oversee and manage office supplies and office equipment
Manage and handle all general office administrative matters for the company
Other additional and ad hoc task assigned by General Manager

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM or related field as appropriate
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in HR / administrative role and preferably in project or construction environment
Possess working experience in liaison with local and foreign workforce in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
Familiar with the recruitment process and talent requests in engineering and construction industry
Good sourcing and interviewing skills
Use MS software proficiently, including Word, Excel, Timesoft Software, etc.
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with service and people oriented

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 8 year(s) experience needed for this position
