**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Development:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Zhong Hua Food products to existing and new customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, F&B, and wholesale sectors.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store buyers, and business partners.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide timely support.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure consistent order flow and smooth delivery coordination.
- Market Intelligence & Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to plan sales activities, product launches, and trade promotions.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food distribution, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel locally to meet clients and visit outlets.
