Job Description:

The Salesman at Zhong Hua plays a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market reach across retail, foodservice, and distribution channels. This position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Zhong Hua Food products to existing and new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, F&B, and wholesale sectors.
  • Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store buyers, and business partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide timely support.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure consistent order flow and smooth delivery coordination.
  • Market Intelligence & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to plan sales activities, product launches, and trade promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food distribution, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
