**Job Functions & Summary
Ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate payroll numbers for monthly financial closing.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for approximately 500 to 600 staff.
- Maintain and upkeep of employee’s records on remuneration and benefits in the payroll system.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of the payroll section.
- Check attendance records for overtime, rest day and public holiday pay.
- Review and check overtime and part timers’ pay based on their hours of work
- Process staff festive loans, staff chits and any other deductions if necessary.
- Process monthly salary, overtime, new & resigned staff for direct credit to their bank account promptly and accurately
- Upload of payroll crediting files to DBS Ideal for crediting to staff payroll on timely manner.
- Prepare tax return (IR21) and submit tax clearance matters for foreign employees leaving the company.
- Ensure prompt submission of CPF submission to CPF board, FWL to relevant authority
- Process yearly “Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income” and accurate submission to IRAS
- Ensure all staff payroll are processed in compliance with statutory requirements and Company’s policies.
- Provide support to respective departments on all payroll related matters.
- Liaise with auditor on all payroll matters.
- Prepare monthly payroll related journals for monthly financial closing.
- Prepare and update monthly payroll related balance sheet schedule.
- Support the preparation of yearly payroll budget
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**
- At least 3 years of payroll related experience.
- Familiar and working knowledge of Paymaster System.
- Familiar with CPF guideline, Singapore Manpower regulations and Employment Act
- Excellent Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Familiar with HRIS implementation
