**Your Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to join our team in the Audio-Visual industry. As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company's channel partner network across the APAC. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, programs, events, and campaigns to support our channel partners in promoting and selling our Audio-Visual solutions. You will report to the Director of Marketing for the APAC and your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive demand, and increase sales through collaborative efforts with our channel partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and execute channel marketing plans**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create comprehensive channel marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and goals.
- ** Joint Marketing Fund (JMF)**: Manage the strategic planning, budgeting, allocation, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities supported by the JMF program to drive channel partner success and achieve business objectives.
- ** Enablement of channel partners**: Work closely with channel partners to understand their business objectives, capabilities, and target markets. Provide them with the necessary marketing tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell our Pro-AV solutions.
- ** Event Planning**: Plan, coordinate and execute events and tradeshows. Manage sales team support, event promotion, registration, and attendee communication, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Conduct post-event analysis, leveraging data to measure the success.
- ** Channel Communications**: Establish regular communication channels with channel partners to keep them informed about new product launches, marketing programs, promotions, and other relevant updates. Maintain strong relationships and act as a point of contact for channel partner inquiries and support.
- ** Marketing collateral and assets**: Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations, case studies, and other relevant materials to support the channel partners' sales efforts. Ensure that all materials are on-brand, accurate, and up to date.
- ** Co-Marketing Activities**: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives, events, webinars, and advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- ** Market and Competitor Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct analysis to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and areas for growth within the Pro-AV industry.
- ** Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on the performance of channel programs, campaigns, and activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and programs that drive growth
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
