The company is looking for an experienced sales & marketing professional to own the strategy and execution of APAC wide marketing initiatives.

**Sales & Marketing Manager (APAC)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for business development and sales activities in Southeast Asia and Greater China
- Develop digital strategy in conjunction with the Manager, International Sales and Marketing and translation into channel-level action and tactical execution
- Oversee relationships with external agencies across Southeast Asia and Greater China
- Develop marketing campaigns that support the company’s brand objectives, highlight new product launches and raise brand awareness in APAC
- Monitor and optimize channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure performance meet or exceed targets; present results to leadership. Continually test new content types and channels based on industry trends
- Conducting thorough research to develop a pipeline of projects in which their products can be specified.
- Updating of Company’s CRM system to follow up on projects and contacts.
- Identification, clustering, contacting and follow up on key players and decision makers in South-East Asia (SEA) and Greater China and building close relationships with this segment.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, prior Digital Agency/Partnership management experience preferred
- Experience with driving high quality leads/ B2B marketing
- Proficiency in oral and written Mandarin strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with examples of making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and strategy and hands-on experience with data analytics tools
