We are looking for a: Manager, Sales & Marketing APAC (m/f/d) in Singapore Singapore For the next possible date Full-Time (40h)Initially based on a two-year fixed contract We offer a hybrid working method: gladly in the office, combined with the possibility to work remotely when it suits you and your job. Your tasks: Support the Head of APAC in growing the Bundesliga’s brand relevance, reach, and commercial success across the Asia Pacific region Identify and manage strategic partnerships with media, content, and commercial partners to drive visibility and revenue Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (earned, paid, owned) aligned with global strategies, including B2B and B2C initiatives Lead organization of regional events such as fan activations, club tours, and sponsorship engagements, ensuring smooth on-ground execution Manage relationships with broadcasters and media partners, supporting sales, licensing, and collaborative marketing efforts Oversee operations, budget management, and performance reporting while acting as a key liaison between the APAC office and Bundesliga HQ Your profile: Minimum qualification A-level/ Diploma but bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferred 3-7 years of experience in the Asia Pacific sports, media and/or marketing industry, preferably in sales or business development Strong expertise in football, media, and marketing , with solid knowledge of German and international professional football, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools like Photoshop is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with fluency in English and ideally additional language skills (especially German or local languages), capable of navigating intercultural environments and managing diverse stakeholders Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to multitask under pressure, work independently or in teams, and maintain a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach Proactive and motivated mindset , showing creativity, responsibility, situational awareness, and a willingness to travel and adapt to new trends in media, marketing, and technology Alongside enthusiasm for sport in general and football in particular, you should also demonstrate the following abilities: Courage to question the status quo Accountability for your decisions and actions Team spirit , so that we can support each other and learn from one another Ambition to strive for development and innovation What we offer: Extensive training opportunities ranging from e-learning offers to individual learning paths and coaching Promotion of health and well-being through joint physical activities Comprehensive support in all areas of life through cooperation with PME family services – from childcare and holiday supervision to counselling on elder care and individual life coaching Security through contributions to retirement provision as well as comprehensive protection with accident and foreign insurance You would like to give your best along with us?What matters with us is how you make a difference with your personality and performance.
