**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains and reviews IT governance and management frameworks on an on-going basis, monitoring effectiveness of the frameworks and recommending improvement opportunities
- Keeps abreast with current and emerging regulatory provisions and reviews against existing IT/OT frameworks and strategic direction periodically to ensure alignment
- Manages governance/ compliance communication and education of IT policies & standards to reinforce compliance and risk aware culture.
- Establishes and maintains IT/OT policies & standards to communicate management’s directives and guide the development of procedures and guidelines
- Coordinates internal and external audit assessments on IT policies, and processes, ensuring compliance with IT audit standards and IT risks to build strong governance.
- Ensures that comprehensive IT/OT risk management processes are established to identify, analyse, mitigate, manage, monitor and communicate IT risk, aligning them to company enterprise risk management framework
- Leads and documents execution/ reporting of group IT risk assessments and controls and other compliance programs
- Develops IT risk metrics and tolerance limits to assist senior management on the identified risks that would have negative impact on the IT governance in the company
- Ensures that processes are established for timely reporting and escalating of IT risk events and responses to appropriate parties
- Reviews audit and risk reports and supports efforts to address identified IT risks and ensure overall regulatory compliance and certification of IT/OT systems

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Security Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, Cybersecurity, IT policy development and governance, or related roles
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent will have an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL), standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 37001), Business Continuity Management, and regulatory requirements (e.g. PDPA)
