Your main
role is to ideate, plan/conceptualise and follow through on HealthTech
innovation projects.

You will
get to work with a wide range of stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to unlock
innovation hurdles and provide guidance on innovation pathways. Internally, you
will work cross-functionally to ensure that business agreements, funding
proposals, and other project-related processes and policies are closely adhered
to.

This is an
opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual with a unique blend of business
acumen, knowledge in digital innovation, communication skills, and a track
record of achieving high outputs and goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working

closely with public healthcare institutions to understand their innovation
needs, identify opportunities and challenges, and find ways to address them.
- Working

across business units - i.e., Legal, Procurement, Finance and Delivery, on
matters relating to execution work, feasibility studies, business proposals, agreements,
policies and any project supporting documents (i.e., invoices, cash flow
updates).
- Working

with external vendors and Ministry of Health stakeholders to align and adhere
to project requirements, contracts, agreements and other supporting documents.
- Oversee

and guide the project team to deliver within the allocated resource (i.e.,
timeframe and budget). Milestones and timeline management to ensure project
experiments proceed smoothly and to manage financial/cash flow projection and
outflow every quarter.
- Prepare

funding proposals with proper justifications that include a cost-benefit
analysis.
- Prepare/Consolidate

meeting minutes to disseminate across key stakeholders for any additional
inputs and future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary

education, with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare/tech consulting,
strategy, project management or innovation-related roles
- Established

track record in conceptualising and overseeing tech/innovation/healthcare-related
projects from start to end
- Ability

to influence key decisions or drive urgency on key priorities
- Ability

to operate under ambiguity, adapt to continuous changes and think creatively to
navigate complexity/solve complex problems
- Analytical,

meticulous, independent and self-motivated
- Team

player with a growth mindset, strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and
collaboration skills
- Strong

written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in contract

management is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
