As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, executing and distributing Zenyum content that will drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing and Creative team to develop and execute an integrated content marketing plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and supports the company's objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, partnership and sales to ensure content is aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage and oversee the creation of content assets across multiple owned platforms, including but not limited to visual content, written content, and video content.
- Ensure all social media content is optimised for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels.
- Monitor and analyse social media content performance metrics and provide recommendations for content optimisation.Conduct keyword research to identify topics and keywords that will drive organic search traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform social media content strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and guide local markets on monitoring optimising content and executing best in class community management.
- Engage with social media audiences and respond to comments, direct messages and inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating social media content.
- Experience in community management and channel management.
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to optimise social media content strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
