**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage is looking for a digitally-savvy Content & Community Marketing Associate, who is strongly aligned with our mission to transform people's lives through personalised home care. You will drive organic user acquisition through community building across Homage's social media platforms, drive content excellence across user touchpoints and work with regional teams to deliver best practices.

As the first point of contact with our audience, you will lead the development of engaging, value-added content that's in line with Homage's voice and branding. You should be self-motivated to run independently, follow up consistently, and stay updated on industry developments and your personal growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Content Creation - **Foster creativity and innovation through content ideation and creative campaign execution. Create compelling content and copywriting across our landing pages and social media platforms
- **Channel Management and Growth - **Manage and grow Homage's owned social media channels (Facebook, Telegram and Instagram) through multi-channel coordination by scoping, prioritizing and executing content amplification and engagement plans.
- **Community Building and Engagement - **Grow our nurse community on Telegram via innovative campaigns, giveaways and strategic engagement plans.
- **Social Campaigns - **Develop creative social media campaigns to drive business objectives and engagement.
- **SEO & Content Production - **Build an SEO-first approach through keyword research and help manage the content production process - through creating and issuing briefs, and editing and publishing articles.
- Assist in any other content planning and marketing-related tasks.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong fluency in English (written and oral)
- 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in social media management and copywriting will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with social media and customer engagement platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WordPress and MailChimp
- Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Basic understanding of SEO processes and analysis
- Hardworking, self-motivated, well-organised, disciplined.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard for accuracy and quality
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong opinions, loosely held - Ability to articulate POV with clarity, humility, and a willingness to question one's own assumptions/desire to constantly improve
- Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus
