**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning & Execution**
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for energy storage systems, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- **Technical & Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure ESS projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies, utilities, and permitting bodies to secure approvals and interconnection agreements.Stay updated on advancements in battery energy storage technologies, grid integration, and energy policies.
- **Stakeholder & Team Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, and operations) to align project goals.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, utility companies, and regulatory authorities.Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and investors.
- **Financial & Risk Management**
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial viability.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address technical, financial, and operational challenges.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and efficiency.
- **Commissioning & Handover**
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Ensure seamless integration of ESS with the electrical grid or microgrid systems.Provide training and documentation to operations and maintenance (O&M) teams for long-term system performance.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy, power systems, or battery energy storage projects.
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies (Li-ion, flow batteries, etc.), grid interconnection, and power electronics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
